Company Presentation
The Assessment day astarts at the HK Express office in Hong Kong with a company presentation given by the Chief Pilot together with a colleague.
The presentation outlines the history and structure of the airline, future outlook and all details regarding employment (benefits) at HK Express, like for example:
- Roster
- Vacation days
- Salary
- Training
After the company presentation all candidates had a personal interview with both the Chief Pilot and colleague.
Cut-E Aptitude Test
The Cut-E Assessment is a type of psychometric test used by companies to test different aspects of their potential employees (Spatial Orientation, Complex Control, Numerical reasoning test, Hand eye coordination test, etc.)
Spatial Orientation
